We provide free shipment to over 200 countries around the globe. The international shipping can, however, be delayed in case of a countrywide crisis at the destination country or any other such event.
Do you ship worldwide?
We provide free shipment to more than 200 countries around the globe. However, there are a few areas we can't ship to due to logistics issues. If you happen to be situated in one of those areas, we will get in touch with you.
How do international duties and taxes work?
The customs and the taxes are paid by the customer, and we are not responsible for any other charges once the shipment has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we have no jurisdiction over custom duty or taxes, and hence these costs are not indicated at the time of purchase.
How long will it take for the ordered products to be received?
We normally take 2-5 days for processing each order. We will deliver your order within 10-30 business days, but this highly depends on where you are located. Sometimes, it may draw more time and effort to get the shipment relying upon availability.
International deliveries also depend on a number of factors inducing political, economic conditions, etc.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive an email which will have all the tracking information required to track your order. In case you do not receive any such email within five days of the order confirmation, feel free to get in touch with us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Why are my items shipped separately?
Products sourced from various vendors are often shipped separately to ensure that there is no delay in fulfilling your requested order. We ensure that you will receive your complete order within the time communicated to you. There are no hidden charges on partial shipment.

You should refuse to accept a package with a broken seal. However, if you have received and opened a damaged or manipulated package, please contact us instantly.

What is Street Style KJ’s cancellation policy
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of order confirmation. Once the packaging and the shipping process starts, you will not be able to cancel the order. This also involves products that are bought on sale. Any sum paid will be credited back using the same payment method that was used to make the payment.
How do I cancel my order
You should be signed into your Street Style KJ’s account to cancel a request. When you are signed in, tap on the 'My Orders' segment under the 'My Account' link and after that select the order you need to cancel.
Return Policy
If your product is damaged or defective or is incomplete when it reaches you, then tell us within the corresponding return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund, or it can be replaced with a new product depending on the item's category and condition.
A return can be requested if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed and with no blemishes.
- It is possible to try on fashion products to see if they fit and are still deemed unused.
*If an article is returned to us and it doesn’t meet the above-mentioned criteria, then we claim all authority to send it back to you.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If your order is not shipped within the given time that is mentioned on the product page, then you can request a refund (for example 45 days of delivery excluding 2-5 processing days).
- If you received a wrong delivery, you could demand a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
*if your refund request is approved then expect your refund in 14 business days.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order is delayed due to a factor that is controlled by you. For example, wrong mailing address, incomplete personal information, etc.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of StreetstyleKJ (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you want to get your product exchanged for a different size or any other reason that is genuine, you must get in touch with us first, and we will direct you through the steps. Kindly don't send your item back to us without prior approval.
If you have received the right product and you want to order a new product, then we are not responsible for adjusting the shipping charges. You are required to pay the shipping fee for the exchange.
